  1. Mycobacterial Growth Inhibition Assay (MGIA) as a Vaccine Efficacy Biomarker
    • Duration: 2023 - 2025
    • Funding: Universitas Indonesia / National Research Grant
    • Brief description: Validation of MGIA to evaluate the biological activity and protective efficacy of novel tuberculosis vaccine candidates (e.g., pcDNA3.1-rpfD).
  2. Genomic Analysis of Pyrazinamide Resistance in M. tuberculosis
    • Duration: 2023 - 2024
    • Funding: Domestic Research Grant
    • Brief description: Whole-genome sequencing analysis of pncA, rpsA, and panD genes to characterize resistance mechanisms in Indonesian M. tuberculosis isolates.
  3. TB Lineage Distribution and Drug Resistance Profiling
    • Duration: 2023 - Present
    • Funding: International Collaboration / Faculty Grant
    • Brief description: Study determining the association between M. tuberculosis lineages (using WGS) and phenotypic resistance to new anti-TB drugs like bedaquiline and linezolid.
