  1. Gut Microbiota Profile in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patients
    • Duration: 2024 - 2025
    • Funding: Hibah PUTI UI / Domestic Grant
    • Brief description: Investigation of the correlation between clinical characteristics, anxiety/depression, and gut microbiota profiles in SLE patients.
  2. Characterization of Probiotic Candidates from Indonesian Fermented Milk
    • Duration: 2023 - 2025
    • Funding: Ministry of Research and Technology / BRIN
    • Brief description: Molecular characterization and safety assessment of Lactococcus lactis strains isolated from “Dadih” for potential oral probiotic use.
  3. Development of Dengue Detection Kit and Antiviral Therapies
    • Duration: 2023 - Present
    • Funding: Academia-Industry Innovation Grant (with PT Konimex)
    • Brief description: Collaborative research to develop high-sensitivity diagnostic kits for Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever and explore novel antiviral compounds.
