  1. Genomic Surveillance of Antimicrobial Resistance in Indonesia
    • Duration: 2024 - Present
    • Funding: Ministry of Health / WHO / National Grants
    • Brief description: Implementation of Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) to characterize multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs) across clinical and environmental settings in Indonesia, contributing to the GLASS surveillance system.
  2. Bacteriophage Characterization for Therapeutic Applications
    • Duration: 2023 - Present
    • Funding: Hibah PUTI UI / Domestic Research Grant
    • Brief description: Morphological and genomic analysis of local bacteriophages (e.g., Drulisvirus) targeting high-priority pathogens like Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
  3. One Health Analysis of Zoonotic Bacterial Transmission
    • Duration: 2023 - 2025
    • Funding: International Collaboration Grant / Wellcome Trust
    • Brief description: Investigation of AMR transmission pathways between livestock, environment, and human populations, focusing on pathogens such as E. coli and Salmonella spp.

  • Molecular Biology and Genomic Facility: Facilities for PCR, Real-time PCR, and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis including MinION (Nanopore) sequencing platforms for genomic surveillance.
